Antitumor antibody drugs are a cornerstone of cancer therapy. However, their complex structures, diverse mechanisms of action, and unique immune-related toxicities present significant challenges for comprehensively evaluating their safety and efficacy. To systematically integrate knowledge in this crucial field, the creation of the specialized Antitumor Antibody Drug Database is indispensable. This database compiles a substantial number of antibody drugs that are globally approved or in clinical development stages. It meticulously documents standardized structural information, molecular targets, clinical indication data, and unique adverse reaction profiles for each drug. Furthermore, the database places a strong emphasis on elucidating the specific antitumor mechanisms of various antibody drug classes, including but not limited to: simultaneously blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 and CTLA-4/B7 signaling pathways to achieve dual activation of T-cell immune responses; or targeting the delivery of cytotoxic agents into tumor cells, achieving targeted cytotoxicity.
